Solar Power Supply Unit NAP SOL-10

The Solar Power Supply Unit NAP SOL-10 is intended for the uninterrupted solar power of the IK-30 Fault Indicator. It is used instead of lithium batteries when it is desired to use rechargeable VRLA batteries without maintenance. Power supply from a rechargeable battery ensures greater availability of the device, and / or an upgrade with the GSM / GPRS unit that enables the remote fault reporting to the control center. The GSM / GPRS unit necessarily requires the use of the NAP SOL-10 unit.

The Solar Power Supply Unit consists of a solar panel (mounted on a pillar), a power module and a battery pack integrated inside the IK-30 Fault Indicator.

The solar panel is placed on the power line pillar using the mounting bracket and connects with the IK-30 Fault Indicator using the corresponding cable.

The power supply unit in the Fault Indicator ensures controlled charging of the battery pack from the solar panel, battery control and all the voltages needed for the operation of the Fault Indicator and the additional GSM / GPRS unit.
