Measuring Terminal MT-5

MT-5 Measuring Terminal is intended for measuring, monitoring and analyzing energy quantities in low voltage plants with very low volume of space (e.g.. in the apparatus groups). MT-5 replaces more than 30 conventional measuring instruments and converters. In addition to measuring the power quantities, the Measuring Terminal also allows the voltage and current distortion analysis (THD measurement, measurement of individual harmonics of current and voltage).

Due to the built-in memory and real-time clock, the measuring terminal has the ability to register maximum, mean and minimum values of current and voltage, as well as power and energy with time stamp.

If two tariff information is used (programmable time setting), the MT-5 can register the total active and reactive energy per each tariff as well as the total amount of energy. Measuring values are registered and analyzed by the MT-Dialog 3 software package. The MT-5 terminal can be connected via the RS485, optical or Ethernet communication to the Info terminal ITE-2 for remote consumption cost control, i.e. rational energy management.
